i m beginning to teach tuition..hopefully soon ba... with my experience, there are 3 kind of student i hate most:

1) lazy
2) proactive
3) cannot commit to lesson timing

lol.. thats y i gave up tuition one yr ago... but now since i m so free.. go earn some extra bucks and keep myself occupied also a gd thing ba..haha.. coincidentally.. the tuition ah xin gave had the same address as karen lau's kid..lol..
